Ledger invoice template
A restrained invoice structure with clear service rows, legal parties, due date and separate payment information.
Put the agreement in readable rows
Use one row for each agreed service, with quantity, rate and line amount. Show expenses separately from service scope, and identify discounts and taxes before the final total. Invoice-wide discounts belong before tax.
Choose what belongs in the header and footer
The issuer and client need their own legal details. Reserve the header logo slot for a validated image; use primary and accent colors without making text illegible. The footer is a useful place for concise terms and payment questions, not an unreadable block of small print.
Use the layout with your own reviewed data
Start a draft in your workspace and select the Ledger document layout in branding settings. Replace example fields and review required legal and tax information for your circumstances. This public example is neither an issued invoice nor legal advice.
