Describe a small website engagement with reviewable outputs, explicit exclusions and a separate route for additions.
State the intended outputs
The engagement includes homepage wireframes, visual design cleanup and responsive QA. Each top-level service should describe the client-visible result. Internally, split it into actionable leaves with planned effort rather than billing both a parent and its children.
Make review and exclusions explicit
Name the delivery approver and specify what a review version includes. State whether copywriting, extra pages, new integrations and additional brand work are excluded. A revision within the agreement can return for correction; an additional outcome needs a priced change proposal.
Reuse structure without copying an agreement
Create a service template in workspace settings, then review it for each new engagement. Later template edits affect future work only. Do not use a generic template as evidence that a client accepted a particular scope.
