A few useful answers.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial includes Solo core functionality without a card or automatic charging. The owner must explicitly choose a paid subscription. Accepting client payments still requires payment-recipient onboarding.

Compare plans and payment routes
Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect after a verified billing outcome. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at period end without automatic refunds. A plan change does not erase records or reroute an earlier client payment.

Read the plan-change policy
Does paying an invoice approve the work?

No. Payment settles a document balance. Commercial approval accepts a scope proposal, and delivery approval accepts a published version. Each needs its own permission and decision.

Understand payment and approval
Why is dashboard completion different from the task counts?

Delivery overview measures completed approved effort across the projects in its preview, while the state chart counts tasks. The workspace summary counts all accessible records, but task and project lists are previews. Payment does not complete work.

Read dashboard totals and work states
Does Auto-adjust hours change an issued invoice?

No. It applies to editable draft hourly lines after scope is approved. An issued invoice displays a disabled Saved setting; its hours and amount stay fixed. Crossed-out work hours compare matching scope origins with the document, not edits to issued money.

Review draft-hour alignment
Who can accept or reject a scope change?

Only the designated commercial approver with the current grant can decide the published proposal. Accept scope and price and Reject proposal each require their own confirmation and submission. Internal ownership, viewing, requesting and payment do not grant commercial consent.

Review the exact-version decision
Can I invite clients without showing internal work?

Yes. Client access is limited to the chosen organization, project and explicit grants. Clients see published records, not private tasks, costs, notes or staff mailboxes. An invoice payment link does not grant portal or chat access.

Choose client permissions
Can an AI assistant issue invoices or approve for a client?

No. OAuth MCP connections can read permitted workspace records and, if you allow the additional scope, prepare supported drafts. There are no MCP tools for invoice issuance, payments or client consent. Review drafts in Moolamochi before taking the next action.
