Use the service responsibly
Review and verify your actions before issuing invoices or uploading documents. Review terms and conditions applicable to your workspace.
Review paid decisions explicitly
The 14-day Solo trial starts without a card and does not automatically charge one. Paid subscription selection requires explicit checkout consent by the owner. Plan pricing and the client payment route are disclosed on the pricing page; additional processor and mailbox costs remain separate. Upgrades take effect after a verified billing outcome, while cancellation and downgrades are scheduled for period end without automatic refunds.
Your client agreement remains yours
The freelancer is the service seller. Review legal parties, tax treatment, scope and payment terms for each engagement. Typed-name signatures capture consent and version evidence but do not claim third-party identity verification or universal enforceability. Payment, commercial consent and delivery acceptance stay separate.
Account restrictions and retained records
Trial expiry or failed renewal can restrict new internal creation, outreach and optional automation while preserving permitted existing reads, exports, client decisions, payment processing and required notifications. A subscription change does not erase records or reroute an earlier payment. Contact support for disputes about service access or a deletion request.
