Add only the extra capacity you need.

An additional editing seat is $20.00 per month or $200.00 per year. An additional sender is $10.00 per month or $100.00 per year, on the subscription’s cadence.

Add-ons increase only their named resource, not the feature tier. One read-only accountant is excluded from editing-seat counts; contractors with work-edit permission count. Archived contacts count toward capacity, while suppression-only records do not.

Before choosing a paid plan

What do I need to accept payments?

Solo requires platform-managed Stripe recipient onboarding. Studio and Agency use Standard Connect authorization of an existing Stripe account. Supported regions, currencies and methods depend on actual account capabilities; the initial acceptance scenario is US/USD. Connecting a recipient is required even during the trial. Provider or bank eligibility cannot be guaranteed by a subscription.

Read connection prerequisites
Who can change the subscription?

Only the workspace owner can select a paid plan. Checkout requires explicit consent. Upgrade proration must be reviewed before charging, and upgrades apply only after the verified Stripe outcome. This page leads to account creation or owner billing, never directly to an undisclosed charge.

What happens on cancellation, expiry or failed renewal?

Cancellation and downgrades take effect at period end without automatic refunds. Failed renewal has a 7-day visible grace period. Restricted workspaces retain permitted reads, exports, client access, payment processing, required notifications and client decisions; new internal creation, outreach and optional automation can be paused. Records are not automatically deleted.

What if a downgrade leaves the workspace over capacity?

Existing data remains readable and exportable. Additions and optional sends can be blocked until capacity is resolved. The owner selects retained editing seats and sender connections; extra connections become read-only or paused rather than silently deleted. Existing verified portal domains continue serving authorized commitments.

Which costs and limits remain separate?

Stripe processing costs and any mailbox provider subscription are separate. Successful optional workflow actions use the monthly allowance; retries and duplicate receipts do not charge it twice. Required approvals, receipts, permission revocation and suppression never depend on optional-action quotas. Outreach also obeys per-mailbox safety and provider limits.
